With over 20 years of experience on Chinese Cuisine, this restaurant will appear on most of recommendations from local people. They have a wide selection of Chinese dishes from simple but tasty fried rice with chicken. Or Mapo tofu also called spicy tofu and many other traditional Chinese dishes. My favorite dish there is crispy prawn and fried rice with chicken. You better come there earlier than normal dining time, because it is quickly get crowded.
Hai Cang restaurant Danang
Address: 33rd, 34th floors Novotel Danang Premier Han River, 36 Bach Dang Street.
Opening time: 10.00 to 23.00
if you are looking for a nice fancy place for a special dining occasion, this restaurant is probably one of the best selections for you. It has a traditional Chinese decoration with red lanterns, tranquil aura and great view to river, you will have a nice meal in this place. I always try to have Peking Duck which is the best duck dish in Danang city and their signature dim sum feast. The food is little pricey but it is totally understandable because of the view, space and quality of the food they bring to you.
Liu Chu Fang restaurant Danang
Address: 56 Nguyen Chi Thanh street, Hai Chau District.
Opening time: 10.00 -14.00 and 17.30 to 22.00
This place is such a heaven to hot pot and dim sum lovers. With a nice selection of the broths for hot pot and many types of dim sum, you can enjoy a very nice Hongkong food feast.
Remember to select your favorite vegetable and meat that come with the hot pot, and some extra walking to get the dipping sauces. If it is a rainy day, this restaurant can save your day!
Cho Lon Restaurant
Address: 267 Ong Ich Khiem Street, near by Con Market.
Opening time 7.00 to 22.00
If you want to enjoy the Chinese dishes like the way locals do, this is one of my top favorite places. They have a wide selection of rice in clay pot with different topping like pork, duck, beef or frog. They also can bring a nice bowl of noodle with wonton, or the fried rice with crispy chicken or roasted duck. Fellows, if you are missing the roasted duck, you should not miss it here!
The restaurant is a family business with some table and could be quite hot at noon time. So I suggest you come earlier. If you are wandering in Big C supper market, or Con Market. And you want some nice proper meal, not a fast food meal, this is what you are looking for.
