Welcome to Jolie Cooking Class. These Terms & Conditions apply to our cooking classes, food tours, workshops, and other experiences in Da Nang and Hoi An, Vietnam.
By making a booking with Jolie Cooking Class, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from Jolie Cooking Class or from the booking platform through which you made your reservation.
Please check your booking details carefully, including the date, starting time, number of guests, selected experience, and meeting point.
Advance booking is recommended, especially for private experiences, families, and larger groups.
2. Payment
Depending on the experience, a deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your reservation.
Available payment methods may include PayPal, Wise, or other methods communicated at the time of booking.
If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance should be settled according to the instructions provided with your booking.
Any applicable bank or payment platform fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling
For bookings made directly with Jolie Cooking Class:
– Cancellation at least 48 hours before the experience: 100% refund.
– Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before the experience: 50% refund.
– Cancellation less than 24 hours before the experience: non-refundable.
– No-show: non-refundable.
– Date or time changes requested at least 24 hours in advance: free of charge, subject to availability.
For private experiences, customized programs, and large groups, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the experience may be non-refundable due to advance preparation, staffing, transportation, and ingredient arrangements.
If Jolie Cooking Class cancels an experience due to severe weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.
Bookings made through third-party platforms are subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the respective platform.
4. Late Arrival
Please arrive at the confirmed meeting point on time.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
As some experiences include scheduled activities such as market visits, coffee making, food tours, or transportation, late arrivals may miss part of the program.
We will do our best to accommodate late guests but cannot guarantee the complete itinerary.
5. Children & Families
Children are warmly welcome at Jolie Cooking Class.
– Children under 3 years old: free of charge.
– Children 3–9 years old: 50% of the adult price.
– Guests 10 years old and above: adult price.
Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian throughout the experience.
Certain activities may have additional age or safety requirements.
6. Private Experiences & Groups
Private cooking classes, private food tours, and customized experiences are available upon request.
A private service surcharge may apply depending on the experience.
Large groups and customized programs may require a deposit or advance payment to secure staff, ingredients, transportation, or other arrangements.
The final price, inclusions, and any special conditions will be confirmed before booking.
7. Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform us of any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements when making your booking.
Vegetarian options are available for many of our experiences, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements.
However, our kitchens and participating local food venues may handle common allergens, including nuts, peanuts, seafood, shellfish, eggs, dairy, soy, and wheat. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
Guests with severe or life-threatening allergies should contact us before booking so we can discuss whether the experience is suitable.
8. Program, Weather & Itinerary Changes
Menus, ingredients, activities, routes, and schedules shown on our website represent the planned experience.
Reasonable changes may occasionally be necessary due to weather, ingredient availability, seasonal or market conditions, traffic, safety concerns, or other local circumstances.
Jolie Cooking Class reserves the right to adjust the program while maintaining the overall quality and character of the booked experience.
If severe weather or safety concerns make an experience impossible to operate and Jolie Cooking Class cancels the booking, guests who booked directly with us may choose to reschedule or receive a 100% refund.
9. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Jolie Cooking Class Gift Cards and Vouchers may be used for eligible experiences in Da Nang or Hoi An according to the details stated on the individual voucher.
Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.
Gift Cards and Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, consistent with the conditions on Jolie Cooking Class’s current vouchers.
Any validity or expiry date stated on the voucher must be observed.
Please provide your voucher details when making a reservation so our team can verify and confirm the booking.
If the selected experience costs more than the voucher value, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
10. Photos & Videos
During our experiences, Jolie Cooking Class may occasionally take photos or short videos for memories, our website, or social media.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please inform our team and we will respect your request.
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use, provided this does not interfere with the experience or the privacy of other guests.
11. Health, Safety & Personal Belongings
Guests should inform us in advance of any relevant condition or limitation that may affect their safe participation and should follow reasonable safety instructions provided by our team.
Depending on the experience, activities may include walking, cycling, motorbike transportation, boat trips, market visits, or farming activities.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Jolie Cooking Class cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items except where directly caused by our negligence.
12. Prices, Third-Party Bookings & Services
We make reasonable efforts to keep prices, schedules, and experience descriptions on our website accurate and up to date.
The price and inclusions confirmed at the time of booking will apply to your reservation unless otherwise agreed.
Some experiences may involve third-party providers such as transportation, boats, or local venues. Their reasonable safety requirements may also apply.
Bookings made through our partners may be subject to the payment, cancellation, and modification policies of those platforms.
13. Responsibility & Contact
Jolie Cooking Class always aims to provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience. Guests are kindly asked to follow safety instructions throughout the program.
We are not responsible for changes or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, or government regulations.
