You will begin by learning about Vietnamese coffee culture and discovering how coffee has become an important part of everyday life throughout Vietnam.

Guided by our local hosts, you will prepare and taste different Vietnamese coffee styles, including Egg Coffee, Salt Coffee, and Coconut Coffee.

While enjoying your handmade coffee, relax, share stories, and experience the friendly atmosphere of Jolie’s home in Hoi An.

After the coffee session, it’s time to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes using fresh herbs, local ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques passed down through generations.

You will learn how to cook four classic Vietnamese dishes in a fun and relaxed environment suitable for all cooking levels.
