Hoi An Market & Cooking Experience was created for travelers who want to discover the real flavors and culture of Vietnam in a warm, personal, and relaxed atmosphere.

Your experience begins with a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a local café, where we take time to chat, share stories, and introduce you to everyday life in Hoi An. After that, we visit a colorful local market to explore fresh ingredients, local herbs, and traditional Vietnamese shopping culture.

We then return to Jolie’s home, where you will enjoy a hands-on cooking experience using fresh ingredients selected from the local market.

More than just a cooking class, this experience is about sharing food, stories, and meaningful moments like a Vietnamese family.

We use fresh local ingredients and traditional family recipes to create authentic Vietnamese dishes prepared with care and local knowledge passed down through generations.
