About Style 2

Visited a garden to pick up the vegetables. I always focus on green ingredients and this was exactly what I wanted. This was the first time I went to a local market with a local, learning so much compared with what I would do by myself. I brought back home of some the finest Vietnam’s dishes and my friends/ family will be impressed! Will do it again!  (Josh – America)

I went to Jole class with my 2 kids. Jolie quickly understood the needs of my sons and offered them some snacks. We learned so much that we hadn’t stopped talking about the class after finishing. The food was delicious and we were given recipes. I will definitely cook them when I’m back home. Thank you Jolie, you did a great job! (Ming – Malaysia

Our trip to Vietnam was amazing and Jolie cooking class was indeed one of the highlights of our trip. The menu is diverse, you can choose what you want to cook, espcially the steamed fish dipped with tamarind was amazing. We learned how to cook Pho too. 10/10 (Patrick – Australia)
